Shipping and Return

สวนขวดที่จัดเสร็จแล้ว สามารถเลือกการจัดส่งได้ 2 วิธี
1. รับด้วยตนเองที่หน้าร้าน Tiny Tree สาขา EmQuartier
2. จัดส่งด้วยรถยนต์ คิดค่าส่งตามจริงผ่าน Grab Express (Car)
– จัดส่งเฉพาะพื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ 
– ค่าขนส่งเริ่มต้นที่ 150 บาท + ค่าบริการ/กม. ที่ 13 บาท/กม.
– ค่าขนส่งจะปรากฎในรายการสินค้า เมื่อท่านทำการ Check out 
– จัดส่งในช่วงเวลา 11.30 – 17.00 น. 

There are 2 options to choose for shipping terrarium:
1. Come and receive your terrarium by yourself at our Tiny Tree , EmQuartier.
2. Shipping through Grab Express’s car service
– Service delivery area only available in Bangkok
– Shipping fees start from 150 baht, plus 13 baht / kilometer
– Shipping fees will show after you’ve checked out your order.
– Shipping service hours 11.30AM – 5.00PM

ประเทศไทย : จัดส่งโดยใช้บริการไปรษณีย์ไทย และ Kerry Express จัดส่งทั่วประเทศโดยเก็บค่าจัดส่งตามจริง ใช้เวลาจัดส่งไม่เกิน 2-6 วัน ขึ้นกับพื้นที่และช่วงเวลาจัดส่ง

ต่างประเทศ : จัดส่งโดยใช้บริการไปรษณีย์ไทย และ DHL จัดส่งทั่วโลกโดยเก็บค่าจัดส่งตามจริง ระยะเวลาและค่าบริการขึ้นกับแต่ละประเทศ

Domestics: Deliver by Thailand Post and Kerry Express across the country. Charging fee is based on actual rate. Deliver approximately within 2 – 6 days, depending on location and period of time.

International: Deliver by Thailand Post and DHL worldwide. Charging fee is based on actual rate.
Delivery period and Charging fee are based on each country.

1. เวลาการจัดส่งอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ขึ้นอยู่กับ หากมีเหตุทำให้สินค้าเกิดเสียหายขณะจัดส่ง หรือ เหตุการณ์ธรรมชาติ เช่น น้ำท่วม เป็นต้น ซึ่งเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวสินค้าอาจค้างอยู่กับบริษัทจัดส่ง หรือ อาจถูกตีกลับมายังทางร้านเพื่อความปลอดภัยของสินค้า
2. สำหรับประเทศไทย ในกรณีที่ท่านไม่ได้รับสินค้าภายใน 7 วัน กรุณาติดต่อกลับมาที่เบอร์ 080-555-1595 หากสินค้าสูญหายขณะจัดส่ง ทางร้านจะรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด พร้อมออกสินค้าให้ใหม่ทันทีหลังตรวจสอบ

1. Delivery time may be changed, if product is damaged during shipping process due to natural disasters such as flooding. Thus, product is likely to be with a delivery service company or it is returned back to our company, for a product’s safety.
2. If shipping location is within in Thailand, if you don’t receive your product within 7 days, please contact 080-555-1595. If product is lost during shipping process, we will take a responsibility by giving you a full refund and immediately proceed making a new one for you after examining.

1. บริษัทฯ ยินดีรับเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้า โดยท่านต้องแจ้งทางร้านภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังรับสินค้า
2. ลูกค้าสามารถขอเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้า โดยลูกค้าจะต้องทำการจัดส่งสินค้ากลับมายังบริษัทฯโดยที่สินค้าที่ลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยน/คืนจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ชำรุดเสียหายจากการใช้งาน สภาพสินค้าต้องไม่เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ ยังคงบรรจุในหีบห่อบรรจุภัณฑ์ของสินค้านั้นๆ ในสภาพเดียวกันกับสภาพที่บริษัทฯ นำส่งต่อลูกค้าพร้อมแสดงหลักฐานในการสั่งซื้อสินค้า และหลักฐานภาพถ่าย ซึ่งลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้าตามกรณีดังต่อไปนี้
2.1 จัดส่งสินค้าผิดรุ่นสี หรือขนาด
2.2 จัดส่งสินค้าที่มีลักษณะแตกต่าง หรือไม่มีส่วนคล้ายคลึงกับรูปภาพของสินค้าที่ได้แสดงไว้ในหน้ารายละเอียดสินค้า
2.3 จัดส่งสินค้าที่มีสภาพชำรุด เสียหาย หรือไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ตั้งแต่ได้รับสินค้า
3. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาตรวจสอบสภาพสินค้าที่ลูกค้าส่งกลับคืนมาก่อนจัดส่งสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ให้แก่ลูกค้า
4. ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่รับเปลี่ยนสินค้าทุกกรณี เช่น ลูกค้าไม่พึงพอใจในตัวผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้า ลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้าข้ามรุ่น หรือลูกค้าสั่งซื้อสินค้าผิดรุ่น
5. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับเปลี่ยนสินค้าภายใต้นโยบายและเงื่อนไขตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดเท่านั้น

1. If you contact us within 24 hours after receiving your product, we are happy to receive back a product.
2.You can change and return products if…
2.1 Product is not correct according to what you order, such as incorrect color and size.
2.2 Product is different from what it is shown on product’s images.
2.3 Product is being delivered in a defective and damaged condition, plus is not useable since receiving.
Only if you return us the product in the 100% same condition as delivered from us (Not defective and still well-packaged) and send us an order evidence as an image.
We reserve the right to examine your returning product before making a new one and deliver it to you.
We reserve the right not to change any products if you are not satisfied, you want to change your product model to another model, or you order a wrong product.
We reserve the right to change product under any circumstances according to our company’s policies.

บริษัทฯ จะทำการคืนเงินค่าสินค้าให้กับลูกค้า ในกรณีที่บริษัทฯไม่สามารถจัดส่งสินค้าตามที่ลูกค้าสั่งซื้อได้ ระยะเวลาการคืนเงินค่าสินค้ามีรายละเอียดดังนี้

1. กรณีลูกค้าชำระเงินเต็มจำนวน ผ่านบัตรเครดิตของธนาคารพาณิชย์ที่จดทะเบียนในประเทศไทย จะทำการคืนเงินกลับไปยังบัตรเครดิตที่ลูกค้าใช้ในการชำระเงิน โดยใช้ระยะเวลาประมาณ 30 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ลูกค้าได้รับการแจ้งจาก Call Center โดยที่จะขึ้นอยู่กับรอบการตัดบัตรเครดิตของธนาคารเจ้าของบัตรของลูกค้า
2. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินเกินระยะเวลาที่กำหนด หากเกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย
3. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขใดๆ โดยไม่จำต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า 

We are responsible to refund you if we are not able to deliver product according to your order. Below is duration of refund details:

1. If you pay fully through bank account registered in Thailand, we will refund back to your credit card within 30 days of bank service days.
2. We reserve the right to refund not within a period of time if force majeure occurs
3. We reserve the right to change any conditions without perior notices.
